Nielsen Bottomer

The Nielsen Bottomer is an advanced machine that enables you bottoming enrobing with chocolate and compound masses for chocolate, bakery and confectionery products.  

The Nielsen Bottomer is designed for bottom enrobing of e.g. doughnuts, biscuits and etc. If in need a turnover device can be added. The bottomer is designed in stainless steel and provides you reliable, consistent and high quality enrobing in both left and right direction.  

The Nielsen Bottomer enrober built entirely in stainless steel, comes with an advanced closed water system, three-shift operation and provides uniform and precise coating of products.
