With the ChocoMeter+ you can calculate the chocolate temper curve and temper index to quality assure you chocolate production.
The CP and CPI chocolate pumps work both in a vertical and horizontal position. The CP pumps are slow-rotating gear pumps that gently push the chocolate through the pipes. The CPI pumps are wing pumps designed for careful transport of chocolate mass with ingredients.
The range of pumps also comprises the mono pumps suitable for transport of all quantities of liquid chocolate. The CP and CPI pumps handle all masses and viscosity.
The auxiliary equipment allows you to embed your production with many add-ons, enhancing the production or making your machine more dynamic.
