Nielsen Junior Enrober is an easy-handling, efficient and cost saving solution designed in sanitary stainless steel. With a detachable lower section you have rapid and flexible changeover between any enrobing material. 

The Nielsen Junior Enrober gives you an adaptable unit with high production capabilities and uniform coatings. Available with a belt width from 420 to 1020mm and it has 24 hour production capabilities.

Feeder Mixer

Feeding and mixing ingredients into a tempered chocolate mass. Enables you to produce products with various inclusions.

Filling & Weighing St.

This station allows you to accurately deposit chocolate mass into boxes with a capacity up to 2½ tons/hr.

Melting Tank

The melting tanks have a capacity from 150 kg to 3,000 kg. Designed in hygienic stainless steel and is easily installed to your production line.


The chocolate pumps work with or without inclusions, pumps any chocolate mass regardless of viscosity. The range includes CP and CPI pumps

Bypass solution

Lifting and lowering of the Junior enrober and retractable decorating table from the cooling tunnel, passing through the enrober.

Removal of the Junior enrober (on wheels and rails) and insertion of an additional conveyor belt is also possible. 

Explore the Energy technology

The Energy Enrobing Concept works by a direct injection of the tempered chocolate mass from the tempering machine to the consumption flow. In traditional enrobing machines though, you see mixing of the chocolate in the collecting tray. With the direct injection of finished tempered chocolate mass you are ensured a homogenous tempered mass. This result in a uniform tempering index in the enrober with constant temperature resulting in improved finished products. 

Combining the Aasted Energy Enrobing Concept with an Aasted SuperNova Energy Tempering machine will enable energy savings compared to traditional tempering and enrobing methods. The combination will not only boost your energy savings but also enhance the quality of fat crystals and having a homogeneous tempered mass. Furthermore, a reduced cooling time need in the cooling tunnel.
