Aasted Nilshot

The Nilshot depositor handles solid and filled chocolates suitable for small to medium production. With the Nilshot you can create two layered products, long one-shot filled bars, truffles, bars, eggs, liqueur pralines and other one-shot ingredients.

Designed in sanitary stainless steel it is easy to clean and maintain. You can deposit countless centers enabling experimentation as well as medium capacity production with up to 156 recipes in the memory. The One Shot technology has a filling volume up to 60 % and is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Feeder Mixer

Feeding and mixing ingredients into a tempered chocolate mass. Enables you to produce products with various inclusions.

Filling & Weighing St.

This station allows you to accurately deposit chocolate mass into boxes with a capacity up to 2½ tons/hr.

Melting Tank

The melting tanks have a capacity from 150 kg to 3,000 kg. Designed in hygienic stainless steel and is easily installed to your production line.


The chocolate pumps work with or without inclusions, pumps any chocolate mass regardless of viscosity. The range includes CP and CPI pumps

Standalone or inline

The Aasted Nilshot can be used as an inline depositor for a small moulding line. With 24 pistons and a capacity of max 150kg/hour, the Nilshot has great capabilities and delivers only the finest results with its one-shot technology. 

The Nilshot can also be used as a stand alone unit for laboratory/product development purposes. With its two chambers, you can become creative and try out different products with various inclusions or masses.

Conveyor with built-in shakers

The Nilshot features an optional conveyor with built-in combined shakers, one horizontal and one vertical. The horizontal shakes the chocolate in all corners of the mould, giving you a perfectly moulded and formed product. The vertical shaker removes entrapped air in your chocolate articles.
