ESA

By having a closed construction of the hopper and the depositor head, the ESA creates aerated masses and fat fillings. The depositor is adaptable to any line and has an optional built-in lifting of moulds or oscillating hopper movement during depositing.

With highly accurate and gentle movements of the depositor, final products are given the finest aerated mass resulting in a perfect end product. The ESA technology suits medium to large scale production and is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Aeration

The ESA is designed to deposit aerated masses, with high or low viscosity. Its pistons and gentle movements deposit perfectly dosed aerated masses to the mould. The areated mass can be with large and visible air bubbles as well as with smaller bubbles - depending on your requirements.
