Digital brings new possibilities
Being a manufacturing business, we had to actively find new ways doing business and take proactive measures to offer support to our customers. While Aasted Customer Support team were already available 24/7, the team was also backed up with proper support to ensure fast responses and close coordination with relevant functions in Aasted.
Besides, Aasted I&C team have started offering commissioning of tempering machines online. This new development opens a prospect for a complete new digital product that has not been in the plans before. Not only does this makes us more effective, it saves our customers the transportation and accommodation costs they would otherwise have to pay, it is also better for the environment.
Aasted Technology Center also had to rethink how we can continue to help customers get acquainted with our machines through using their own products. We are now able to conduct certain tests through video shared with the customers.
