Tempa Small

Tempa Small is a fully automatic, continuous, tempering machine to produce tempered chocolate.

The Tempa Small has electrically heated chocolate tank with water-jacket, that is supplied with a well-dimensioned agitator with scrapers that keep the chocolate in constant motion.

The chocolate tank is connected to a thermostatically controlled cooling unit. On top of the chocolate tank, a vibration sieve is mounted that percolates all the chocolate supplied to the machine. The machine has a built-in de-crystallizing system and a chocolate pump for a continuous production of freshly tempered chocolate.

Tempa Small is a compact, movable unit, ready for use that can easily be connected to for instance small enrobing lines or a chocolate decorator.

Add-on equipment

Feeder Mixer

Feeding and mixing ingredients into a tempered chocolate mass. Enables you to produce products with various inclusions.

Filling & Weighing St.

This station allows you to accurately deposit chocolate mass into boxes with a capacity up to 2½ tons/hr.

Melting Tank

The melting tanks have a capacity from 150 kg to 3,000 kg. Designed in hygienic stainless steel and is easily installed to your production line.


The chocolate pumps work with or without inclusions, pumps any chocolate mass regardless of viscosity. The range includes CP and CPI pumps
