The Midi/Maxi line is easily adapted to your existing production facilities due to its star-shaped design. Ideal for producing tablets, pralines, eggs with or without fillings, or inclusions - thus having many opportunities regarding product variety.
Designed for a capacity from 300 – 2,000 kg/hour and is tailor-made to your needs, available with a series of add-on equipment.
Moulding of solid products with or without inclusions, with aeration, tablets, couvertures and combination of chocolate types. Moulding of products with solid centres such as wafers, biscuit centres, big inclusions and bars. Traditional inverting moulding of any shell, surprise and easter eggs.
One-shot, triple-shot moulding of center or solid filled chocolate articles with various ingredients e.g. nougat and caramel. Also possible in different chocolate types as well as different moulds for different shaped chocolate articles.
With a FrozenCone® module, the Midi Maxi line makes perfectly shaped cold-pressed shells for pralines, surprise eggs, tablets or any other "shell" product. With a ChocoAssort™ module, a robotic technique transfers the chocolate articles from moulds directly into boxes.
The Maxi lines are the most flexible moulding line concept on the market today. The line can be set up to produce all types of your existing and future moulded products such as chocolate pralines, tablets and centre filled articles, further book-moulded products are easily made on this moulding line concept.
The Midi Maxi lines are made up by a modular concept and many add-on sections can easily be applied to your line. Application of a FrozenCone® section, a ChocoAssort™ robot or a wafer/biscuit feeder - any section suits the Midi Maxi lines and are customizable to your needs.
