Scope and Technical Drawings/Definitions
1:50 drawing of the solution is prepared and all specifications, mechanical, electrical and software, are determined.
Project Team
The specific project team is established with representatives from the respective internal departments, and is integrated with customer’s project team.
Design
Detail constructions are completed in consideration of all the customer’s ideas, requirements and wishes.
Assembly
The assembly in the factory in Farum, Denmark, our very skilled employees owing to their large experience, assemble the solutions.
High quality assembling in Farum, Denmark, where the centre of competence is located in the same location, ensures optimal quality for our customers and us in the execution of your solution.
Factory Test
We always implement a Factory Acceptance Test, often with participation of our customers. The test is accomplished the same way regardless of the participation of the customer.
Installation On-site
External assembly often takes place in cooperation with the customer and one of our more than 30 technicians who travel worldwide.
Test and QA
Solutions are tested to ensure a vertical startup. During the installation, test and Q/A we are working with logbooks to ensure the agreed progress – we substantiate and follow up on milestones to the customer and to Aasted.
Go-Live
We guarantee a high level of expertise and ensure that customer’s operators are trained and competent to run the future production
