Upgrades:

Using Aasted standard upgrade package will shorten the installation time and at the same time give our customers a production line performing like new. 

The package includes: 

• Servomotor multiple drive
• New rail system with no friction 
• Feedback from all tensioning devices giving a constant balance of the load 
• Standard software package 
• Less load to the chain 
• Smooth handling of moulds 
• Higher line speed 
• Pre-warnings for maintenance 
• Automatic recalibration of chain after service / restart, etc. 
• New control 
• New main panel including all new wires

Standard packages are also available for overhead equipment depending on production years.

Using our standard packages an upgrade of a medium size shell line takes up to 3 weeks, all included.   

Upgrades can be offered as Turnkey projects or together with our customers engineering team, etc.
