The SuperNova Energy tempering machine programme is a groundbreaking world-release from Aasted that saves at least 50% in total energy consumption in comparison with traditional machines.

The Energy tempering technology raises the quality of the tempered chocolate to an unforeseen high level and even handles high-fat content mass without a decrease in capacity.

How it works:

The SuperNova Energy tempering programme covers everything from straight heat exchanging of any pumpable mass to highly precise Beta crystals in high-quality chocolate mass.

All SuperNova tempering machines have unique innovative features, such as the SuperResponse process control of the crystalliztion area with addaptive, dynamic K-zone and i-Plate technology, which ensures utmost all-around performance and versatility.
