SuperNova Energy 1000-P

The SuperNova Energy tempering program is a groundbreaking world-release from Aasted that saves at least 50% in total energy consumption in comparison with traditional tempering machines. The SuperNova Energy tempering program covers everything from straight heat exchanging of any pumpable mass to highly precise Beta crystals in high-quality chocolate mass. SuperNova Energy is an extension of the world’s leading tempering machine program, the AMC SuperNova range, which covers capacities from 50 kg/h up to 12,000 kg/h.

Alice double-head 400mm

The program of Alice depositors and extruders for bakery and confectionery products is today well-recognized for its outstanding “gentle” handling of dough, caramel and inclusions. The row of accessories is extensive and comprises nozzle plates and nozzles, tailor-made for any requested product, traditional wire-cutters, highly innovative guillotine and ultrasonic cutters.

Junior enrober 820 and Baby Fkex enrober 320

The very popular mid-range Nielsen Junior enrober program is elegant and technically improved with upgraded process control and new inventive concept for removal of air in the chocolate curtain. The Nielsen Junior enrober is manufactured in four band widths: 420, 620, 820, and 1020 mm. For small-size production of enrobed products the Baby-Flex enrober is ideal, which comes in width 320 mm.

Cooling tunnel SD

The Nielsen Cooling Tunnel SD - Sanitary Design is developed and designed for use in production areas and industries with very high requirements to the equipment design in order to obtain the highest degree of hygiene. The Nielsen Cooling Tunnel SD is very energy-efficient and a more safe choice for the environment. An important feature is the cooling compressor housing, which is designed for easy and fast cleaning.

Chocometer

The new Aasted Chocometer 2011 is developed for users by users, especially produced for the chocolate industry. The new Chocometer is developed with integrated fast PLC, direct power supply, and large 5 inches colour touch screen, which together instantly provide accurate and fast observation of the tempering curve.
