Now Aasted is baking in larger scales

Aasted launches a new type of CONNY convection oven with band width from 1500 mm up to 4000 mm, in order to meet the demands of the larger-scale bakeries. The CONNY bakery oven comes in a smooth and elegant design and easy maintenance in order to reduce the cleaning time and keep the line running. Large hinged sanitation doors allow easy access to the baking tunnel.

The Conny Convection oven can be heated with gas, oil or electrical power and is brilliant for baking many different products, such as biscuits, pizzas, rolls and cakes, among other things.

For our large-scale CONNY Convection oven we have improved the flexibility by adjusting and adding the following equipment:

  • 2 effective frequency controlled fans for improved efficiency and simplified control of a uniform air flow.
  • The fan wheel is mounted directly on the engine to minimize efficiency loss and thus reduce the total energy loss of the oven.
  • Extensive heat exchanger with capacity of 350 kW/h, because an increased heat supply into the air ensures improved useful effect. The heat exchanger can operate with all types of fuel, such as natural gas, LPG gas, oil, as well as the three standard types of fuel WG10, WG20 and WG30, which make the oven more flexible and suitable for generally all types of product baking.
  • Double channels with more air valves for improved control of the air supply, as well as increased options of adjustment, which ensure an optimal air flow.
  • Updated and improved locking device for increased density.
