Allan Aasted is interviewed about the newest innovations and engineering developments from Aasted.

In the interview the green and groundbreaking tempering technology implemented in the SuperNova Energy tempering machine is highlighted. It will benefit the customers as well as the environment by reducing the consumption of energy. This will result in 50% reduced energy cost.

The new Nielsen Sanitary Design cooling tunnel is also discussed. Its' hygienic design makes it unique and of great benefit for the customers as well as the machine operators. Furthermore the hygenic design introduces even better conditions and possibilities for easy maintenance and cleaning. With easier and better cleaning of the machinery in production the hygiene is improved which particularly is of great value for allergics.
