Alice Compact - for bakery and confectionery products

Aasted has developed a new member of the Alice extruder/depositor programme, The Alice Compact.
There are several unique features for the Alice compact:
- Easy adaptable on existing lines and takes up a minimum of space on the line
- Fast delivery, installation and commissioning in order for you to have a swift start of production.
- High quality and very compact design
The Alice Compact™ is provided with the unique FlexBooster™ and CamRotor™ systems as the rest of the Alice programme, giving distinct advantages like:
- Very flexible range of masses to be processed, from aerated liquids to heavy high viscosity masses
- Accurate and gentle handling of the mass to be processed
- Possibility to run recipes with high amounts of inclusions like nuts, fruit and chocolate chips
- Easy cleaning and changeover of tools.
The Alice Compact is supplied with one depositor/extruder head with various types of base frames:
- Manually height adjusted, used when you need a stationary extrusion onto a moving conveyor or tray.
- Servo Dynamic driven and freely programmable Z (up - down) movement.
- Servo Dynamic driven and freely programmable Z (up - down) and X (forward-back) movements giving you full control when forming your products.
With the same extensive range of accessories as the Alice™ extruder/depositor there are many possibilities for production of bakery and confectionery products.
The range of accessories comprises e.g.:
- Nozzles and dies, standard or tailor-made for any product requested
- Traditional wire-cutting tools
- Innovative cutting tools for masses with high amounts of inclusions
- Guillotine cutters with or without ultrasonic knives
- Decoration depositor
- Rotating nozzles
- Closed manifold
The Alice Extruder programme is ideal for bakery and confectionery applications and provides an ideal platform for forming of aerated and non aerated masses, such as dough, nougat, garnarche, truffle, marzipan, caramel and many more.
